AnalyCIS is a Limited Liability Company, whose Managing Member is Martin E. Richey. He holds a MS in Computer Information Systems from Missouri State University; a Post Baccalaureate Certificate of Computer Information Systems from the University of Southern Indiana; and a Baccalaureate of Liberal Arts from Ambassador University. He has extensive technical experience as a network engineer, programmer, technical project manager, and professor. He has held several senior management positions. He is passionate about making advanced technology accessible to users. AnalyCIS was formed in 2005 and is a stable company with many local customers in several states, including for profit customers, as well as non-profit state, county and city governments. AnalyCIS’ CFO is Cheryl A. Richey, a CPA. She has held several senior analysts’ positions for various large private companies and public accounting firms. Her finance background covers both small and large scale projects. She has extensive experience in analysis of performance, pro-formas, month-end closing documentation, revenue and cost accounting. She delivers credibility and standards based methodologies to our enterprise. Special advisor, mentor and friend, Retired Rear Admiral James Lisanby, has been instrumental with insights into the U.S. Navy’s perspective and requirements from a vendor.
