Estimate To Completion Time:

AnalyCIS will provide an estimated completion time for your repair install. However, many variables may delay our process and therefore our return time to our customer.

Hardware Replacement:

as replacement parts are needed, the customer will always be advised and have opportunity to pre-approve those replacements. Warranty provided by manufacturers to the end user is separate from any implied or express warranty provided by AnalyCIS.

Impact of Upgrades:

It is the customer’s responsibility to understand the impact of upgrades to any hardware warranty(s), the operating system, virtual operating system(s), installed application(s), encrypted data, and the functionality of utility software(s). Many variables may impact this process and therefore affect any or all of these areas on the customer device(s).

Liability:

AnalyCIS liability for damage to a customer’s device is limited only to any damage which is determined to be caused by our negligent acts or negligent omissions. Our liability for proven negligent repairs or omissions is limited to the total price of the repairs.

Loss of Data:

AnalyCIS assumes that customers have already done an adequate backup to retain all of their important data. We offer complimentary backups for no-charge prior to repairs or upgrades but make no implied or express warranty technically for customer data. Managed backup services can be purchased.

Ownership:

The customer must own, co-own, or have written confirmed authorization for the computer and software that is presented to us for repair(s). AnalyCIS will return the computer and software only to one of these parties when the repair(s) are complete.

Payment:

Fees for services rendered are due on completion of service prior to delivery of the repaired device.

Privacy:

Our Technicians will not intentionally browse through customer data for other than professional research. AnalyCIS requests that our customer please remove any personal or private data prior they don’t want seen prior to our receipt of their device(s).

Right to Refuse:

In its sole discretion, AnalyCIS reserves the right to refuse work for any legal reason.

Abandonment:

AnalyCIS will notify our customer several times for fourteen (14) days that their authorized service is complete. We will provide paid storage for up to thirty (30) days after notification. After that thirty days, unless arrangements have been made with the customer; their device(s) and all electronic media and content are abandoned and become the property of AnalyCIS.

Scope of Work:

AnalyCIS will only perform pre-approved installation, repair, or discovery work indicated upon AnalyCIS’ form signed by the customer or amended in writing via email or letter.

Warranty:

AnalyCIS does not warrant its work. We will demonstrate that the repair is complete at the time you pick up your computer. All hardware warranty will be provided by the manufacturer only: the customer is informed that AnalyCIS’ work may void hardware warranties. Jurisdiction: The customer agrees that all cases of dispute, collections, or claims will be settled in the jurisdiction where AnalyCIS office is located.
