AnalyCIS is committed to delivering top quality professional support services within and across NAVSEA or the Virtual SYSCOM in a seamless, continuous, efficient and cost effective manner. We aim to realize significant cost savings for the Navy and the Marine Corps by integrating various professional support services within and across the NAVSEA organization. Having formed an efficient management team, we will follow PMBOK project management principals giving us the ability to identify risks early; subsequently increasing predictable delivery in terms of milestones, schedules and cost; and reducing variability in those deliverables.
This will be achieved using four basic components: Planning, Actions, Verification and Execution. By centrally delineating objectives, obligations, coordinating with our team and stakeholders, and defining critical paths for each task: we will aid our project manager (PMO) and task order project managers (TO PM) in applying all four components as they manage each task order. Quality Assurance will be overseen by a quality control manager (QC Manager), who will perform regular measurement and verification methods.
