Help Desk
AnalyCIS utilizes highly skilled staff at all levels, including our tier 1 help desk. We maintain staff and tools enabling our customers to easily reach us however that may be easiest for them. We have online tools to report issues. We have a private chat server integrating all of our staff (at our office, traveling, and even our out-sourced FTE’s) so that tier 1 can easily escalate to tier 2 and 3. If requested, we can make access to this tool available to our customers’ staff making it easy for them to access help via chat. Finally, we invite phone calls for those who just prefer that human touch.
